Why we don't offer free returns.

To be honest, we don't think it's cool when packages are unnecessarily sent around. It's neither good for the environment nor for our conscience. That's why we don't offer free returns or provide return labels.

We make every effort to show you everything you need to know beforehand: with honest product information and clear pictures. And if anything isn't quite clear, feel free to ask us your questions. You can use the contact form for that.

Is the merchandise damaged?

Don't panic! Simply contact us via our contact form before sending anything back. We'll check it out and are sure to find a solution.

You must take note of this (important!)

• Please include the delivery note, invoice, or a note with your first and last name and order number! Otherwise, we cannot process your return. Please also let us know the reason for your return so we can improve our products for you.
• Pack everything neatly (preferably in the original packaging)
• Remember: Report damaged goods first, then ship them.
